AB In this document, it is presented a professional project that is aimed at making adult peoplebetween 30 and 60 aware of the reality of Alzheimer’s disease. Firstly, it is detailed thejustification of the Project which takes into account Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias,as well as their areas of improvement and possible lines of intervention. With this information,the objectives of the Project have been proposed, considering the theme and the collectiveprofile, as well as their needs. In order to carry out «Junt@s con el Alzheimer», a methodologyhas been elaborated focussing on an estrategic approach, the selection of the general objectives,the design of the activities and the necessary materials. In addition, an evaluation proposal thatconsiders various indicators and a timeline where the timing of the activities is detailed havebeen designed. Next, budget has been draw up, analysing the costs for developing «Junt@s conel Alzheimer». Finally, conclusions have been drawn in which the Project is defended and thecompetencies are evaluated, showing their effectiveness, impact, viability, etc.
