AB The employment contract establishes a relationship between worker andemployer that highlights the interests of each of the actors in that relationship. It is clearthat the interests of workers and employers are often different, that is why laborconflicts are born. These conflicts are characterized by affecting a group of workerswho are affected by certain business decisions and who need collective bargaining toreach agreements that regulate working conditions through collective agreements.In our work, we will focus on studying voluntary improvements, which areobligations assumed by the employer voluntarily in the area of Social Security, as wellas studying other social benefits in terms of aid.
