AB The purpose of this work is the study of the historical evolution of theToledo Pact, from its background and the reasons that led to itscreation to until our day and the functions they perform in the currentSocial Security sistem. We will review the reforms taht have beenundertaken in the system as a direct result of the reports andrecommendations that the commission raises to the congress of thedeputies and we will analyze the current situation of the Toledo Pact,taking into account the general elections that have taken place in ourcountry recently. In addition, we will see what impact the Toledo Pactcommission has had on our society and its relevance to citizens and,therefore, we will see what are the possible measures to adopt in orderto solve the problem of the sustainability of the system. For this we willgo to the opinion of diferents experts in the subject who have extensiveexperience in the topic.
