AB The finality of the present proyect is to analysis and study of the labormarket in Spain and especially the Autonomous Community of the CanaryIslands. The period of analysis is between 2004 and 2017.The study analyzes the information of the active population, employed,unemployed, economic growth (GDP), wage costs, and a brief analysis ofthe rigidities and flexibility in the labor market.An important date is that the labor market adjusts proportionally in terms ofamounts (employment and unemployment) and lower proportion, in wagevariations.
