AB On the one hand, the main objective of our End of Grade Project is to open a Lusa foodrestaurant in Tenerife, specifically, an existing snack bar in Portugal where the main product is"La Francesinha".On the other hand, we want to demonstrate the possibility and economic capacity of implanting aspecialized restaurant. We also want to establish a business philosophy, called Blue Economy,which few companies have today, making the consumer aware of the environment. We haveseen reflected in the economic analysis of this work, the positive viability of this business.
