It focuses on the most common assumption, the sale and purchaseof real estate and within this in the sale and purchase of so-called "off-planhouses”. For it, a study is being carried out of Royal Legislative Decree1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law forthe Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, as wellas European Union Directives on the subject and autonomous regulations.Above all, however, the case law is analysed by analysing how advertisinghas been integrated into countless specific cases, as well as what measureshave been chosen when advertising was intended to be abused.
