AB The present experiment studies how the gender mark and the regularity ofthe words affect the morphological programming. It was carried out by analyzingthe latency and the pause before the suffix of the different words. For this, theparticipants had to write on a graphic tablet the nouns that were presented tothem on a computer screen. The results showed an effect on the latencies, butnot in the pause before the suffix, indicating that the linguistic programmingeffects are programmed before executing the writing movement and they arefinalized before starting to write the suffix, confirming the processing in cascaded.
