AB This project deals with the development of the electronic commerce and the mainaspects related to it. We will know, not only the legislation applied to it and the possible fraudsthat can be found in the web, but also the advantages and disadvantages of this business modelonline, among others.Based on this analysis, we will evaluate the situation of the e- commerce in Spainthrough the study of data collected by the National Commission of Markets and Competence ,among which we will highlight the volume of transactions carried out, as well as the sectors withthe highest percentage that make up the volume of business.With the help of this data, we will contrast the current situation in Spain with the rest ofcountries that lead the classification in electronic commerce, to establish some conclutions aboutthe future we forecast for this business concept.
