AB The object of study of this project, as it is indicated in the title, are theso-called retrocessions. A type of traditional practice among investmentservice providers, which after the entry of the MiFID II directive, has beengreatly limited.To fulfill this objective, it is necessary to take some steps back in the theoryand configuration of the financial market. For this reason, the first part isdedicated to take a brief look of the Law of this market, the principles thatgovern it and its main characteristics. Afterwards, it would be brought intofocus the stock market, and more specifically, the investment services andthe subjects that participate in them. Finally, once the functioning of thismarket has been understood, it will be explained what the retrocessions are,what they imply, which problems cause their practice in the financialnegotiation and which future will they have after MiFID II.
