It has been more than two decades since emotionaleducation began to penetrate our classrooms and, even today, it is far away as a practical reality.Helping our students manage their emotional world is extremely complex, so it is crucial tounderstand this area of knowledge through optimal training.Based on various resources related to this field, in this Degree Final Project, an experientialteacher training is proposed, that is, a space where each participant connects with their “I” toface their emotional world. It does not aim to be a recipe book or a compilation with didacticand pedagogical solutions to carry in the classroom, but a practical experience to become awareof our own and other’s emotions, regulating them in a positive way.
