AB This project has as objective the analyse and development oflegal regulation of international private relationships, particularlythe international labour contract, regulated by InternationalPrivate Spanish Law. This rules often come from communitarianlegislator, thus, on one side the Brussels I Bis Regulation (No1215/2012) which rules determinate the International JudicialCompetence, in other words, the rights state tribunals who has thecompetence to know and solve the litigation, and, on the otherside, the Rome I Regulation (No 593/2008) about the choice oflaw, which determinate what state labour law between the onesliked to the litigation, it must solve the lawsuit about Internationallabour engagement.
