Since then until now, it has evolved along withInformation and Communication Technologies (ICTs), which make theexistence of Telework possible. This type of employment offers severaladvantages and disadvantages, in which it will be deepened.Teleworkers will have the same rights as a face-to-face worker, althoughthere are certain aspects in which the teleworker's rights will be limitedwith respect to those of the face-to-face worker.The diverse regulations, both national and European, will be studied indepth, which refer to Teleworking and, in addition, emphasis will be placedon the importance of the European Union in terms of Teleworking.Finally, mention will be made of several companies that have teleworkerson their staff and, in addition, will deepen the current situation ofTeleworking both nationally and at European level.
