AB Credit and debit cards are currently preferred instruments or ways of payment fortransactions and consumer transactions because it is common o any society, that debitand credit cards are part of the daily lives of people whose use is widespread to carryout payments of their obligations, as a substitute for cash, which is losing more andmore presence due to the preference for the retailers to pay for the sales of theirproducts through credit or debit cards.However the universalization of cards as payment instruments has undoubtedly meantan increase in fraude as a result of their use, either in small and large businesses, incomputer networks (webpages), or in ATMs of the banks themselves or financial.Shouldn’t we forget the presence in our society of a notorious increase in thefalsification behavior of these payment instruments and the use of computing fraud suchas phishing, hacking or pharming. In both cases, the existence of Criminal Law offersresponses to repress this type of illegal or criminal conduct.
