AB This Project is an analysis of the gender impact report on the urbandevelopment plan attending to the current Canarian autonous legislation at thedate that those lines were being wroten.Taking as reference the manual for the daily life of the city council of Barcelona.Through comparative law, it brings us closer to the development of urban lawas a complex notion, ordering people's lives and health.It also makes a brief search for other branches of knowledge to be able to meetall the needs that society may have, would be invisible. What is gender theoryand why should it be taken into account, and how does it help us interpret thedifferent solutions to support equality between men and women, eradicatepoverty, a commitment to the sustainability of our way of life, and creation ofan inclusive and transversal city, free of barriers for people with reducedmobility, or sensory disabilities, specifically auditory and visual.
