AB The variation that terrorism has been experiencing along with it’s new forms ofaggression in which it has been manifesting has generated great concern at theinternational level. Thus, by a Resolution of the United Nations Security Council and asa consequence of an anti-terrorist act by the two dominant political forces in ourcountry, an Organic Law on terrorism was adopted in 2015 that would reform ourcriminal legislation. This reform has been criticized by the doctrine especially, sincesome of the incorporated criminal modalities, such as self-indoctrination -which is theobject of this work-, have been quite controversial since some fundamental rights thatthe Spanish Constitution reflects are violated. It will refer to cyberterrorism, which isclosely related to the crime of self-indoctrination and finally we will see the positionadopted doctrine and what has been determined by the courts in the prosecution of thesecrimes.
