They belongto terminological phraseology and must be separated from the simple phraseology of commonlanguage as so far they provide a essential component of specialized languages. Our paperaims to expose the state of research about the phraseology of special languages and toexamplify a contrastive analysis of certain «verb + noun collocations» in Spanish and Germancivil law (especially family law).
