The theoretical framework ofitinerant food trucks is developed, also an analysis of the environment, at the political, economic,social and technological level. The concept of Porter's five forces is developed to then look at thelegal aspects of the project (general and concrete legislation). The specific criteria of the strategicplan to be followed are deepened and an analysis is made of the weaknesses, strengths, threatsand opportunities that will determine the success of the business. Then, the objective of theMarketing plan is established to establish the viability of the project. The study is completed bymaking an economic-financial analysis, that is, the structure of costs and benefits.
