The global economywas devastated after the huge collapse of the construction sector, leading topreoccupying high rates of unemployment, rates that demand creating reforms in orderto achieve the nacional labor market reactivation.During this Final Degree Project, we are going to analyze the main objetive of the 2012Labor Reform. After that, we will highligt the most important characteristics of thisLabor Reform and the consecuences in the labor market and his intervening agents.Finally we will evaluate how has impacted in the Canary Islands autonomouscommunity, specially analyzing some macromagnitudes like unemployment rate ortemporality rate that will give us a loyal seen of the state and of the quality of theCanarian employment..
