AB In the early years of XVI century, the main source of economic entries in Tenerife consistedin cereals exportation to other Canarian Islands, Portugal and the coast of Africa. The termsimposed by the Castilian Crown to grain trade to support the maintenance of the the otherislands collide sometimes with de producers interests. It generated serious conflicts betweenthe neighbours that we analize in this paper.
