AB The objective of the work was to characterize and compare the flowproperties of different mixtures of pulverulent solids and granulated. We use themethods collected in the Real Farmacopea Española for the determination of theangle of repose and the apparent density obtaining the values of the Carr andHausner index.Once the results are obtained, we observe that the relationship betweenthe different parameters allows us to establish frontiers, but these do not allow acorrect analysis. The obtained values we observed that the granulate can be usedin the elaboration of solid pharmaceutical forms, but in the case of mixtures ofpulverulent solids we must take into account the excipients and the proportion inwhich we use them to adapt their flow properties.
