AB Working time, and more specifically the working day, is one of themain factors in the work contract, so its legal regulation is necessary,since it is necessary to establish limitations in the time that each workerdevotes to the provision of their services in order to avoid abusivebehaviour by the employer.That is why the Royal Decree-Law 8/2019, of March 8, emerges onurgent measures of social protection and the fight against job insecurityin the previous named, working day, which ends the debate on theregistration or not , of the ordinary hours of work.I analyze its precedents, the time frame in which it is approved, and thenovelties that has given, in the short time it has been in force.
