AB In this project we will analyze the content and scope of the child'sright to religious and conscience freedom taking particular account ofthe influence of the exercise of parental authority in relation to thoserights.To this end, we will rely on the numerous doctrinal andjurisprudential contributions as well as the diverse legislative output onthe subject at hand.Therefore, we will start from the constitutional recognition of theright of religious and conscience freedom in a general way and we willgo into post-constitutional legislation both nationally andinternationally.Having considered the laws recognizing the rights of minors as wellas those of parents or guardians in respect of them, we will be able toknow, through different judgments, real cases in which there has beenan interference of the parental authority on the child's right to religiousand conscience freedom.Subsequently, and before presenting the conclusions, we will dealwith a current topic of particular relevance and that is intimately linkedto the content of this work: the "parental pin".
