AB This research analyzes one of the causes of the capital companies’dissolution: the paralyzation of the social organs.Therefore, the research is divided into two blocks. On the one hand, we haveone aimed at the study of the historical evolution of the dissolution’s causewhich we have mentioned before; and on the other hand, we have one morefocused on understanding its actual treatment by our Supreme Court.The historical analysis has been carried out by consulting many differentsources: from books and plays which dates are previous to the first regulationof the paralyzation of the social organs as a cause of the commercialcompanies, to the law of Capital Companies of 2010, passing by all theprevious laws, such as the Anonymous Societies’s Law of 1951 and theAnonymous Societies’s Law of 1989.The jurisprudential analysis has been realized by looking for the most notedjurisprudence of the High Court, extracting from them all the essentialqualities of the dissolution’s cause.
