AB Through out history, many authors with educational backgraounds have written aboutchildren diagnosed with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) and it´s variant Asperger´s.However, very few studies take in consideration their families, who are often kept in the darin medical and educational aspects. For this reason, it´s important to know what kind ofcoping strategies use the family and peform a research has to take place involving differentstudies and innovative and psycho-pedagogical projects, synthesizing how this families canendure the stress that involves having a child with ASD. For this reason, databases likeDialnet, PuntoQ, Psyc-Articles and ERIC, have been consulted, having consulted the last twomentioned the Ebsco Host portal.After the through selection of adecuate articles for this systematical investgiation, theresults have been approached from five different perpectives, which are: the causes of stress,the strategies used by parents to bear with stress, the strategies used by the siblings of children with ASD, the importance of the relationship between schools and families, and thedifferent models of intervention that exist
