AB This research is an empirical approach of two Management areas, such as Knowledge Management and Organizational Design, to study their impact on Public Administrations, and specifically on the municipalities of Canary Islands.Drawing on organizational adjustments characteristic of structural models aimed to knowledge creation, particularly the N-form (Hedlund, 1994) and Hypertext Organization (Nonaka and Takeuchi, 1995) models, we analyze the municipalities level of willingness to aim its management model to Business Process Management (BPM), regarding knowledge creation to improve the quality and efficiency of services delivery.Rasch Analysis methodology allows us to obtain results that reveal the organizational variables with highest potential, so through the knowledge creation, can promote the way of change in its management model, as well as knowing the main barriers to fuller development​
