AB This Master Thesis proposes a communication plan for Santa Cruz de Tenerife CityCouncil. The conceptual and theorical framework presented in this project is basedon the foundations of organizational communication within companies andinstitutions, with the aim of reflecting the terminological bases according to thecommunicative innovation proposed by the master plan, the good understanding ofthe concepts, dynamics and tools established in said plan.This communication strategy emerges from new work dynamics within sector andthe need to establish an action plan for the communications department of the capitalcity council. The transformations produced by changes of legislature – and newpersonnel of trust – makes planning and communication development tasks of theinstitution even more difficult.
