Therefore, the main objective of this study is tocarry out a bibliographical review regarding the time of motor commitment andphysiological commitment in Physical Education classes in Primary, Secondary andBaccalaureate Education. This has lead to reviewing the scientific articles writtenbetween 2015-2019. The results showed similar times, both from the premise ofengagement motor time and physiological activity time, around. Consequently, we canconclude that more than half of the total duration of the sessions, the students arecarrying out activities without any motor and / or physiological repercussions. All thissuggests reflecting on new methodological approaches to try to increase the time ofmotor commitment and physiological commitment in Physical Education classes.
