A1 Barrera Fernández, Atxona José K1 Virus de la inmunosuficiencia humana (VIH), Adherencia, Tratamiento antirretroviral (TAR) AB Objectives: The primary objective is to evaluate the adherence to ART of a sample of patients attended in outpatient consultations of the HUNSC pharmacyservice. As secondary objectives, the study group will be characterized, describing its distribution by sex, age, ART, number of total antiretroviral drugsprescribed, and adherence to SF outpatient consultations. Method: cross-sectional study. Different variables, sociodemographic and clinical, were collected through analytical (CV), SMAQ questionnaire and dispensing registry. Patients with a percentage of adherence ≥ 90%, or according to the criteria of each method, are defined as adherent. Results: of the total of 95 patients interviewed in the 60-day period. 15.8% are women and 84.2% men, the mean age was 46.9 years and the median was 47 years. The adherence results according to the SMAQ questionnaire were 58.9% adherent and 41.1% without adherent, according to the dispensation record of 86% being adherent and 14% without adherent. In conclusion, the majority of the studied population are males and the average age is 47 years. Detectable CV data were related to non-adherence of 10% by the quantitative SMAQ questionnaire and 25% of non-adherence by the count of dispensations. But adherence is much higher, thanks to the improvement in ART with the appearance of STR medications. In addition to improving patient acceptance and quality of life, thereby helping to meet the therapeutic goal ofhaving undetectable CV and an adequate immune status.
