AB Puerto de la Cruz is a municipality in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Islands. It isknown for being the birthplace of tourism in the Canary Islands. The aim of this end-of-degree studyis to determine the level of satisfaction and profile of the German tourist who visits Puerto de laCruz. To achieve this objective, questionnaires were developed for German citizens who werestaying in different hotels in this municipality, such as Hotel Vallemar, Hotel San Telmo, HotelMarte, Tenerife Ving and Hotel My City and its surroundings The results show that the mainmotivations of the tourists when visiting Puerto de la Cruz are its beaches, the climate andaffordable prices.
