AB Endocrine disruptors are chemical compounds that are found in multitude ofalimentary products we consume in daily life, being able to produce different alterationsin our body, specifically, in our endocrine system, thus also being able to give rise tohealth problems like reproductive difficulties, neurological disorders, or cancer, amongothers. As a consequence, a series of regulations have been established that promote theircontrol and ensure that these compounds are below a certain limit for the welfare of theconsumer. This control is carried out by means of a series of analytical methods in which, firstly the analyte is extracted from the sample and subsequently quantified afterundergoing a chromatographic process using a specific detector. So that, a key step in thedetermination is based on the correct choice of the extraction method on the analyte to bedetermined and the nature of the sample. Thus, the development of this work has focusedon the study of the different extraction procedures for the determination of pesticides incereals, seeking to clarify which is the most effective methodology for an effectiveevaluation of these substances.
