AB This paper contains the design and calculations of a low-voltage and fire-fightinginstallation in a hotel with restaurant, taking into consideration the currentregulations. The hotel is located in the village of el Médano, on the island ofTenerife.This project is made up of a descriptive report of the electrical and fire-fightinginstallations, the supporting calculations for each one of them, the plans of thebuilding. It also includes the general specifications describing the regulatory, legaland administrative aspects, a basic health and safety study that contains themeasures for prevention and technical protection and finally, the financial estimateto carry out the project.Regarding its layout, the building is made up of three floors. The lower floor is forprivate use, the middle floor is where the main activity of the hotel is carried out andthe top floor, which has access from the outside, is where the restaurant is located.The aim of this project is to grant the safety and correct functioning of the lowvoltage and fire-fighting installations in the whole structure of the hotel.
