AB Gender violence has been a social problem that has occurred throughouthistory. Currently, feminism is the movement that leads the defense of women against thisproblem, advocating for a political, educational, social change and of any kind that caninfluence the perpetuity of this violence. As the law indicates, it is an integral question wherethe judicial role is key, which is why it has been decided to study gender violence from thisperspective. This social problem will be analyzed below, following the legislative changes andthe judicial actions, contrasting it with quantitative data in this regard. Finally, it concludeswith a critical assessment of the judicial proceedings.
