AB The work regime of foreigners in Spain is dual, there are two differentregulations, the one applied to EU workers, assimilated or one of their non-EUfamily members, and the other one applied to non-EU workers; in both caseswhen labour relations are initiating we come across international employmentcontracts. It is precisely the presence of foreign workers besides other factors,such as multinational businesses, free movement of people, creating companiesand services, have contributed to the current range of international laborrelations.International Private Law regulates international employment contracts and is“communitized” as there are rules to determine the international judicialjurisdiction and the applicable labor law, between the ones related to suchinternational employment relation.
