AB In the work carried out, we will learn first-hand about the differentresponsibilities that the employer and the worker are obliged to in theprevention of occupational risks. Starting with the legislative evolutionsuffered in the matter, followed by the different infractions thatbusinessmen may commit. We will learn the difficulties that businessmenface when executing their responsibilities, as well as how they should act ifthey contract or subcontract services or how to act when several companiesattend the same center. We will go into detail with the responsibility of theemployer when facing the surcharge of benefits and finally we will addressthe issue of compatibility between the different responsibilities to which theemployer may be subject.
