AB There are many accidents caused at work or as a result of work, which is whyprevention at the workplace is important.Next, we can observe the evolution of prevention in our country, as well asthe importance of Law 32/1995, of 8 November, on Prevention ofOccupational Risks and Royal Decree 39/1997 on preventive services. Itshould be noted that the fundamental rule in the construction sector is RoyalDecree 1627/1997, which establishes the minimum safety and healthrequirements for construction works, since it is in this sector that there arethe most accidents at work. On the other hand, it will also be possible toacquire knowledge about the obligations and rights of employers andworkers in preventive matters. As well as the organization in case ofconcurrence of companies and, the responsibilities of the employer towardsthe workers, as well as their respective sanctions in case of non-compliance.
