AB In the present work we are going to analyze and study if there is arelationship between the variables stress and motivation in the workplaceand, if so, what kind of relationship is there between them. Moreover, thesetwo variables will be compared between the health sector and the rest of thesectors to check if the coronavirus crisis has had a greater impact on theseparameters in the health sector. For them a sample of 60 people is studied,of which 45% belong to the health sector, the remaining 55% from differentlabor sectors.
