AB The main objective of this final degree project is to develop an hotel in a ruralenvironment of Tenerife, specifically in Tacoronte. For the desing and development ofthis job will be done:• Study and design of rooms inside a maritime container, as well as the study of itsdistribution. It will be done through 3D modeling with the help of the specific softwareSolidWorks.• Design some of the necessary installations for the development the activity in a ruralhotel. Facilities designed, where possible, with renewable energy.• Description and calculations necessary for the design of the installations projected forthis hotel.The design of the rooms, as well as the installations designed in this project, will alwaysfollow current regulations.This project will consist of a descriptive report, the annexes of the installations, a budgetto carry out the project, the plans of the installations and a bid specifications.
