AB This research work analyzes the regulation at the international Europeanand national level of a specific act of unfair competition: acts of confusión.From an international perspective, the regulation of acts of confusión isstudied in the Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights and inthe Paris Convention.Form an European perspective, the work focuses on the regulation ofDirective 2055/29/EC an Directive 89/104/EC. Finally, from a nationalperspective we will focus on thee laws: the Trademark Law; the GeneralLaw of Advertising an the Unfair Competition Law.Finally, the assumptions of the acts of confusion are examined and inconclusion, the compatibility of national regulation with the rest of theregulations is analyzed, also analyzing the way in which such adaptationhas been made
