AB Forms of corporate control are an indispensable instrument for monitoringcompliance with professional duties. This can also be a major problem; themeans used for monitoring compliance with contractual duties can have animpact on the rights of workers, in particular their fundamental rights. Theowner of the means of production must take care not to exceed the legallimits that require respect for the worker.
