AB Agriculture has been a part of our lives for centuries, yet its popularity isdeclining. Added to this is the fact that both legislation and the rights ofagricultural workers are increasingly disrupted by certain factors. Theresponse to this assumption is given by many factors that condition what isnow known as decent work, and this circumstance not only affects workersin general, but within the group itself conditions some more than others,particularly women and immigrants.At the same time, the search for regulations that fit perfectly is generallyconditioned by the differences that each territory presents, and what makesit more difficult to apply them is workers' lack of knowledge about theirrights, their obligations and the prevention of occupational risks.
