AB The present research aims to modestly analyze the content of the Royal Decrees declared in the face of the stateof alarm to solve the health crisis of COVID-19, and the commercial and labor consequences that have beentriggered by the pandemic, with the aim of posing possible solutions to restore the productive fabric.COVID-19 has led to a generalized shutdown in the economy that has forced the Government to take control ofthe situation without having previous experience. For this reason, they establish a battery of measures necessaryto regulate employment, through teleworking and Temporary Regulation Files.In the commercial regulations, meetings and decision-making in the governing bodies, together or shareholders'assemblies, have been made impossible in person. With the possibility of being held by videoconference or bymultiple telephone conference.
