AB Traditionally, women have been assigned roles related to the domesticand care environment, which means that their presence in theworkplace has been later that men. This has led them to currently havemore difficulties in equal right in the workplace, since discriminationbased on sex is evident that is projected in both horizontal and verticalsegregation, in addition to the wage gap. In this sense, it is necessary toaccompany practices and measures that promote the principle ofequality established in our legal system, and which enjoysinternational and community projection.
