AB The employer is the person who appropriate the results of the services rended forthe workers. This profit is opposed to the existence of a big system of duties andobligations, between them, the duty of health and safety at work. It consists in give anappropriate level of protection to the workers while they are working. In this case, thereis a construction company, so it is necessary to study the specific regulations for theconstruction field to determine the concrete obligations of health and safety at work thatthe employer has. In the case of one of the workers suffers a work accident, it is necessaryto analyse the observance of aforesaid obligations and the concurrence of other factors todetermine the existence of company´s liability. Also, the responsibility could beadministrative, penal, or civil
