AB In the development of this work, the characteristics of inheritance mortis causa, willsand legitimate ones will be exposed in a theoretical and practical way, making specialreference to those points of debate or the most problematic in the Spanish legal system,and taking into account the current vicissitudes of successions.An analysis will be made of the main inheritance systems from the point of view ofdifferent authors of Civil Law and the influence of each of them on Spanish inheritancelaw will be exposed. I will develop the characteristics of testamentary forms, theinstitution of heir and disinheritance, among other things. And finally, I will address inthe writing the discussion and debate that takes place around the legitimate system, itscalculation and other aspects of interest.
