AB The World Health Organization declared the outbreak a global pandemicon the 11th March 2020 due to Covid-19, caused by severe acute respiratorysíndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). It was first identified in Chinawhere it spread rapidly throughout to the World. In Spain, a lockdown wasimposed on 14th March 2020, when was the beginning of the new measureto prevent the spread of Covid-19 to the whole country.In the workplace, the Prevention of Occupational Risks have had a greatimportance to avoid further infections, having to implement preventivemeasures. Being a new and unknown disease, the Prevention ofOccupational Risks has added additional guidances as Covid-19 conditionshas changed, including new information about the virus, it’s transmission.At first, on the one hand, we will analyse the General Regulations of thePrevention Occupacional Risks in office both at International and Europeanas National, and on the other hand, the changes in law due to Covid-19.Then, we will review the preventive measures in offices work such as:organizational measures, colective measures and individual measures.Finally, we will analyse the system of liability of the company andemployees.
