AB This project will carry out the design and calculation of a transformation center, to go frommedium voltage to low voltage. This transformation center will oversee supplying electricity to all thefacilities of the residential complex.And, the residential complex will have 59 houses with high electrification, common areaswhere there is a swimming pool and a playground, and a private garage with the capacity toaccommodate 120 cars.The residential complex is in the south of the island of Tenerife, specifically in the municipalityof Güimar, on “Avenida Paseo de Las Palmeras, 6” (see location on plans 1 and 2 of the plan drawingsdocument).In addition, this project will power electric vehicles. More specifically, this project shouldguarantee the electricity supply to absorb the demand from the charging points of electric vehiclesin the next 20 years. Additionally, it will be necessary to study what is the demand required by anelectric vehicle, to carry out a dimensioning in accordance with current electric vehicle chargingtechnologies
