Taking into account the importance of the principles ofequality and non-discrimination both nationally and internationally, it isnecessary to define the criteria to be considered in order to find ourselvesfaced with indirect discrimination, which often goes unnoticed, being muchmore difficult to detect than direct discrimination. This type ofdiscrimination is suffered mostly, in the workplace, as in many other socioeconomic areas, by the female group, as it continues to demonstrate today,different collective agreements as certain rules in their application. For thisreason, the jurisprudence has had to analyze different assumptions,developing doctrine to determine when we are dealing with a case ofindirect discrimination.
