AB The reality of homeless people is extremely complex and is constituted as amultifactorial, multidimensional, structural, and dynamic phenomenon, which hindersprofessional intervention with the group and causes a considerable percentage of peopleto return to the situation of homelessness after having achieved social integration withoutfully clarifying the factors that influence it. For this reason, the work is aimed at thedifferentiated perspective of the professionals who work with this group, as well asknowing the main characteristics of the people who return to this situation more easily,in addition to determining the most relevant causes and effects that influence thisphenomenon.For this, a questionnaire has been developed, in which a total of 33 participantshave participated, which has been specifically prepared for the present research, aimed atknowing the perspective of the professionals who intervene with this reality in differentspecialized resources within the context national. The results obtained have allowed us toknow the relationship that exists between the return to services by the PSH and the realityin which the multiple factors in which they are involved converge. Thus, highlighting thelack of visibility to the group, the lack of public policies that protect people who are inthis situation and the scarce resources available to the Public Administrations, having asa main consequence the lack of specialized services that respond to each case in adetermined and effective way so that there is no return to this extreme situation ofexclusion
