AB This work pretents to present the development of the Administration ofJustice in the Canary Island in the 19 th Century.For this performance it was necessary to support of bibliografy about theAdministration of Justice in the 19 th Century ,In addiction the student hasconsulted of data offered by the Vilaflor´s Archive and the Provincial Archive of Santa Cruz de Tenerife .This work include the study of laws about judicial organizations and thereferences gived by the Spanish´s Constitutions of the 19 century, distinguism the creation of Judicial Demarcations as an instrument to improvedand speed up the Administration of Justice .It show the divers consecuences of that creation in Canary Island since 1821 and the politics conflictscaused by the promulgation of Royal Orden of October 1834.Similary ,the work has been practited character through the visualizationof Judicial problems in the Vilage of Vilaflor de Chasna during the 19 Century, due to the support of data to Vilaflor´s Archive and the Provincial Archive ,with the purpose to know the functions of Administration of Justicein the Municipal´s Court and the Judge .It was outsainding those resolutionsmore importats to know the society ,culture and economie of Vilaflor deChasna.The principal objetic of this work is present the development of Administration of Justice in Canary Island in the 19 Century throught the creationof judicial demarcations and the quest of judicials conflicts in Vilaflor deChasna through the analysis of Municipal resolutions and judge resolutions.It has been been this conclusions1. The scarity of judicial documentation of the 19 century in the Canaries´s archives ,especialy in the criminal ambit.2. The relevance of Municipe justice with repect of demarctaion judicial3. The improper use of Justice to the Canary Society in 19 century.4. The consecuences caused of creation to the judicial demarcations in Canary Island what caused a politics problemas that exist today
