AB Regarding the subject that we are going to determine as the object of study, itis the already known figure by our Spanish constitution of habeas corpus, aninstrumental mechanism that as an indirect objective the defense of freedomwhen an act of deprivation of this right is produce contrary to the law. A rightthat can be requested by any citizen without any type of discrimination, withthe power to claim its immediate disposition before the bodies of power that arein charge of the protection rights, in charge of carrying out said protection inaccordance with what is established in our legal system.
